摘　　要： 社会捐赠是众多国家私立高校办学经费来源的重要补充。与美国私立高校发达的社会捐赠相比,我国民办高校在这方面存在明显差距。导致差距的成因,大致包括政府政策、社会文化和学校自身三个方面。要解决这个问题可借鉴美国经验,重点提升＂三力＂：完善教育捐赠政策支持系统,强化民办高等教育社会捐赠的驱动力;营造良好的教育捐赠环境,提高民办高校社会捐赠的牵引力;塑形象、强实力、调结构,增强民办高校社会捐赠的吸引力。 Social donation is an important supplement to the funding sources of private higher education in many countries in the world. Compared to the social donation in private universities in USA,there are significant gaps in non-governmental institutions of higher learning in China. The causes of the gap include government policy,social culture,and university itself. To solve the issue of lacking social donation and enrich non-governmental higher education resources,while drawing on the experience of USA,it is necessary to promote＂three forces＂： improving educational donation policy support system and strengthening the driving force of non-governmental higher education social donation; creating good education donation environment and improving the traction force of non-governmental higher education; creating images,strengthening the strength,adjusting the structure,and enhancing the attraction force of non-governmental higher education social donation.
