摘　　要： 目的：研究广州市居家老人对养老服务的需求情况及购买意愿。方法：于2015年11月-2016年1月,对广州市荔湾区5个街道的210名老年人进行入户式问卷调查。结果：广州市居家老人对家政服务和身体检查需求较大;老年人的文化程度、平均月收入、是否独居、患病个数对居家老人的养老服务需求有显著性影响;老年人购买居家养老服务的意愿与服务费用范围、服务提供方式以及服务人员性质等因素相关。结论：必须加强居家养老服务的宣传力度;发挥政府主导作用,调动社会力量参与居家养老服务;建立长期护理保险制度和专业的养老服务人才队伍。 Objective To study the demand of home - based care for the aged of the elderly in Guangzhou. Methods 210 cases of older people in Liwan District of Guangzhou were surveyed with questionnaire from Nov. 2015 to Jan. 2016. Results The elderly in Guangzhou had intense demand of home care service for elderly, which was influenced by education background, average monthly income, living condition （being alone or not） and sickness. The willingness to pay for home care service of the elderly was related to its cost, way of supply and staffs＇ characteristics. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the publicity of home care service, intensify the governmental leading role, encourage the societies to participate in home care services, and establish long - term medical care insurance system and professional talent team.
