摘　　要： 目的：应用不同方法评价广东省21个地市公立医院的病床利用情况,并进行比较分析。方法：收集广东省21市公立医院病床利用相关指标数据,采用秩和比法、topsis法和密切值法对其进行综合比较评价。结果：3种方法评价结果基本一致,中山、佛山和深圳病床利用情况较好排名靠前,珠海、肇庆、惠州和东莞则较差排名靠后。结论：3种方法得出的结果大致相同,可信度较好。政府应合理配置医疗资源,发挥医保作用,促进各地公立医院交流互学以及推进分级诊疗;各地公立医院要提高医院管理水平,优化住院流程,发展日间病房模式,以提高医院病床利用效率。 Objective To study the utilization of sickbeds of public hospitals in 21 cities of Guangdong. Method The data of utilization of sickbeds of public hospitals in 21 cities of Guangdong was collected and analyzed with RSR, TOPSIS and Osculating value method. Results The results obtained by three methods were basically identical, in which the utilization was the best in Zhongshan, Foshan and Shenzhen, and the worst in Zhuhai, Zhaoqing, Huizhou and Dongguan. Conclusion These three methods had good credibility. It is suggested for the government to reasonably allocate medical resources, make full use of medical insurances, promote the exchanges among public hospitals and advance classified diagnosis. In addition, it is suggested for the public hospitals to improve hospital management, optimize the hospitalization process, and develop the day ward model.
