广东省5家省级公立三甲中医院患者满意度调查分析与比较

摘  要: 目的:调查广东省5家省级公立三甲中医院患者门诊、住院及总体满意度,并进行医院间满意度的排序与影响因素分析。方法:对5家省级公立三甲中医院共1200余名患者进行便利抽样调查;采用Cronbach系数与因子分析对问卷进行信效度检验;运用Topsis法进行5家公立三甲中医院患者满意度情况的排序。结果:门诊患者满意度排序结果是E院>D院>B院>C院>A院;住院患者满意度排序结果是A院>C院>B院>D院>E院;总体患者满意度上,E院>C院>D院>B院>A院。结论:提升门诊患者诊疗过程中舒适便利的可及性;建立住院患者诊疗成本的控费机制;完善满意度与绩效挂钩,关乎职称评审和关联人员奖惩的管理机制。 Objective To investigate the outpatient,inpatient and overall satisfaction of patients in five provincial public hospitals of Chinese medicine of Guangdong,and to analyze the ranking and influencing factors of inter-hospital satisfaction. Methods More than 1200 patients from 5 provincial public hospitals were surveyed by convenience sampling;Cronbach coefficient and factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;Topsis method was used to rank patients’ satisfaction in 5 public hospitals. Results Outpatient satisfaction ranking results: E hospital > D hospital > B hospital > C hospital > A hospital;inpatient satisfaction ranking results: A hospital > C hospital > B hospital > D hospital > E hospital;overall patient satisfaction,E hospital > C hospital > D hospital > B hospital > A hospital. Conclusion Improve the comfort and convenience of outpatient treatment in the process of accessibility;setting up a cost control mechanism for inpatient treatment;improving the link between satisfaction and performance is related to the management of professional titles and related rewards and punishments.
