摘　　要： 中医师承人员申请临床医学专业学位开辟了中医药高层次人才培养的新模式。但由于该项工作属于全新开展,在师承人员进行论文评阅和答辩过程中不可避免地出现诸如时间较为仓促、指标欠缺细化、专家把关不严、通过率偏高等问题。故而参考同行院校经验和实际工作探索,针对中医师承人员论文评阅与答辩提出一些参考性建议。 TCM Apprentice applying for professional degree of clinical medicine opened up new mode of TCM higher level talent training.But since this work was new beginning,in the course of TCM apprentice' s dissertation appraisal and thesis defense there were inevitably some problems such as hastier time,lack of refinement indicators,experts being not strict,higher throughput rate and so forth.Therefore referring to experiences of peer universities and exploration of actual work,some proposals were gave in view of TCM apprentice' s dissertation appraisal and thesis defense.
