摘　　要： 总结中药学专业学位＂校企协同＂培养模式的构建。并回顾中药学专业学位建设历程,分析学校中药学专硕培养的研究与实践。应用创新能力是中药学专业学位人才培养的首要目标,＂两段式,双导师制,以用为本,校企协同,产学研结合＂的培养模式是实现中药学专业学位人才培养目标的主要途径。 To summarize the construction of the school-enterprise synergy training model of professional degree in Chinese materia medica.To review the course of construction of the professional degree in Chinese materia medica,and to analyze the research and practice of training for master of Chinese materia medica.The application innovation ability is the principal goal of talent training for professional degree in Chinese materia medica.The training mode,two stages,dual-tutors system,employmentoriented,school-enterprise synergy,grinds gathers,is the main way to achieve the talents training goal of professional degree in Chinese materia medica.
