摘　　要： 目的：实证研究2011-2015年广东省市级数据，探讨中医医院效率及影响因素。方法：运用DEA—BC2模型测量广东省中医医院效率，运用Tobit回归模型探讨其影响因素。结果：2012—2015年，广东省中医医院综合效率、技术效率、规模效率均较2011年在波动中有所下降，三者年均降幅分别为0．78％、0．80％、0．07％。年末常住人口数、职工人均年负担住院床日、床位数、次均住院费用与中医医院效率负相关，职工人均年业务收入、医护比、医保覆盖率与中医医院效率正相关。结论：通过转变发展模式，减少职工工作量，控制医院规模和医疗费用，优化人员结构等可提高广东省中医医院效率。 Objective To study the efficiency of operation of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） hospital and its influencing factors. Method The efficiency of operation of Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was measured by DEA -BC2 model. And its influencing factors were analyzed with Tobit model. Results From 2012 to 2015, the overall efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital decreased in fluctuation than those in 2011, with annual average decreases rate of 0. 78% ,0. 8% and 0. 07%, respectively. The population at the end of the year, hospitalization days per worker burdened per year, the number of beds, and the average hospitalization expenses were negatively related to the efficiency of TCM hospitals. And the per capita annual business income, the ratio of doctors to nurses and coverage of health insurance were positively correlated with the efficiency of TCM hospitals. Conclusion It is suggested to transform the mode of development, decrease the staffs＇ workload, control hospital scale and medical expenses, and optimize the team＇ s structure for improving the efficiency of TCM hospitals.
