摘　　要： 笔者通过文献研究简要概括了胜任力定义、胜任力模型常见的几种构建方法,以及胜任力模型在国内外相关行业的运用情况,在此基础上提出了在医药卫生领域胜任力研究的不足和相关建议。 This paper briefly summarizes the definition of competency,several common construction methods of competency model,and the application of competency model in related industries at home and abroad.On this basis,the deficiencies of competency research in the field of medical and health and related suggestions are put forward.
