摘　　要： 目的:探讨广州市老中医药专家学术经验继承人胜任特征,构建胜任力模型。方法:采用自行设计的“老中医药专家学术经验继承人胜任特征调查问卷”,对各项胜任特征指标重要程度进行评价,利用因子分析法、层次分析法构建老中医药专家学术经验继承人胜任力模型。结果:125位继承人具有以下5个维度的胜任特征,即中医认知能力、西医接受度、学习能力、个人素养、价值观念共包含36项因素,各项胜任力特征及其内在因素在胜任特征模型中所占权重不等。结论:老中医药专家学术经验继承人胜任特征模型能够综合衡量中医师岗位胜任力,具有较强的适用性和可复制性,同时反映了中医认知能力和西医接受度对中医师成长成才的重要性。 Objective:To explore the competence characteristics of academic inheritors of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou and construct the competence model.Method A self-compiled questionnaire on the competence characteristics of academic inheritors of famous traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the importance of each competence characteristic index,and the competency model of academic inheritors of famous traditional Chinese medicine was constructed by using factor analysis and AHP.Result:The 125 academic inheritors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)had the following five dimensions:TCM cognitive ability,western medicine acceptance,learning ability,humanistic quality,and belief integrity,which contained 36 factors.Conclusion:The competency model of the academic inheritor of traditional Chinese medicine can comprehensively measure the competency of physicians,and has strong applicability and reproducibility.It also reflects the importance of Chinese medicine cognitive ability and western medicine acceptance to the development of Chinese medicine physicians.
