摘　　要： 五四新文化运动是中共政党精神文化的发生源头。政党的意识形态是政党文化赖以产生的基础和灵魂。马克思主义是中国共产党的意识形态前提，是中共政党精神文化的基因和密码。五四新文化运动促进了马克思主义在中国广泛传播，撤下了中共政党精神文化生成的种子。政党文化是由政党的创建者和领导者等有意识有目的所建构的。中国共产党的早期创建者和领导者，他们有的是新文化运动的思想领袖，有的是五四爱国运动的左翼骨干。五四新文化运动推动了他们由民主主义者转变为马克思主义者，培养了中共政党精神文化建构的主体。政党文化是政党组织的精神支柱，政党组织是政党文化的物质基础。政党文化依附政党组织而存在，随着政党组织的发展而发展。五四新文化运动加速了中国共产党的创建过程，准备了中共政党精神文化依存的组织。五四新文化运动是中国共产党的思想文化摇篮，它准备了中国共产党的成立，也孕育了中共政党精神文化。 May Fourth New Cultural Movement is the source of the CPC＇s （Communist Party of China） spiritual culture. The party＇s ideology is the basis and soul of the birth of political party＇s culture. Marxism is the gene and code of CPC＇s spiritual culture as well as the premise of the CPC＇s ideology. May Fourth New Cultural Movement promotes the wide spread of Marxism in China and sows the seeds for the emergence of the CPC＇s spiritual culture. The political party culture is consciously and purposefully constructed by the party＇s founder and leaders. Some of the early CPC＇s founders and leaders are the ideological chiefs of new cultural movement of and some the left wing backbone of the patriotic movement. May Fourth New Cultural Movement motivates their transforming from Democrats to Marxists, training the main forces of constructing CPC＇s spiritual culture. The political party culture is the spiritual pillar of the party organization, which in turn is the physical foundation of the former. The political party culture exists by relying on the party organization and develops with the growth the latter. May Fourth New Cultural Movement accelerates the establishment of CPC and makes preparations for the organization upon which the CPC＇s spiritual culture depends. May Fourth New Cultural Movement is the ideological and cultural cradle of the CPC, makes preparations for the establishment of the CPC in 1921and gives birth to the CPC＇s spiritual culture.
