《社会生态系统理论下新手教师韧性发展机制研究》

摘  要: 教师韧性对于减少教师流失率,保证教师持续专业成长发挥重要作用。以H省Y市一所农村小学M校为个案学校,选取了9位M校的新手教师,以社会生态系统理论为视角,对新手教师韧性的发展机制进行研究。研究发现:新手教师在工作初期所遭遇的困境多样且复杂,在与不同困境的互动过程中,新手教师的韧性得以发展。将受访的新手教师在不同情境中所表现出的韧性发展水平分为热情高涨、韧性发展的分化、分层稳定三个阶段。在各阶段中,应战者、适应者和观望者三种类型教师韧性的发展是微观、中观和宏观生态系统互动的结果,呈现出连续体式的发展方式,且其互动质量影响新手教师韧性发展的水平。 Teachers' tenacity plays an important role in both reducing teacher dropout rate and promoting teachers' sustainable professional development. Selecting nine novice teachers from a rural school in Y City,H Province as the object of the study,this study focuses on the development mechanism of novice teachers from the perspective of social ecosystem theory. The study finds that the dilemmas the novice teachers encounter at the beginning of their work are various and complex and the novice teachers develop their tenacity in the course of the interacting with dilemmas. The developmental level of the interviewed novice teachers' tenacity they showed in different situations can be divided into three stages: the enthusiastic stage,differentiated stage and stable stage. In each stage,the development of tenacity of challenger-type,accommodator-type and sideliner-type teachers is the result of their interaction in micro,medium and macro ecosystems,which presents a continuum pattern,and the quality of their interaction influences the development of the novice teachers' tenacity.
