摘　　要： 在明确体育权利法律本质以及社会关系内涵的基础上，确立主体资格、利益自由和权力影响力为内容的分类依据。研究提出“公平”是体育文化的特质，也是体育法理念的核心价值，它将体育权利的法律属性和社会属性有机结合为一体；体育权利有多种形态，其作为满足利益诉求的一种合法性手段具有目的性和限定性：通过国家和社会赋予主体的权力是维护其体育权益的重要力量。分析认为基本体育权利、普通体育权利、补救性体育权利是我国主要的体育权利类型，三者之间紧密关联，相互作用，统一指向体育主体以及体育公共利益的实现。 Based on specifying the legal essence and social relation connotations of sports rights, the authors estab-lished subject qualification, interest freedom and power influence as the criteria for content classification, and put forward the following opinions：“fairness”is a trait of sports culture, also the core value of sports law concepts, or-ganically combines the legal attributes of sports rights with the social attributes of sports rights into a whole;sports rights have multiple forms, and as a legitimate mean for satisfying interest demands, sports rights have purposes and limitations：the power endowed to the subject by the state and society is an important force for maintaining the sub-ject’s sports rights and interests. Furthermore, the authors analyzed and concluded that basic sports rights, common sports rights and remedial sports rights are the main types of sports rights, which are closely related, mutually af-fecting, and all pointing to the sports subject and the realization of sports public interests.
