摘　　要： 作为家庭教育实施者的家长，迫切需要专业培训与指导，家长角色的特殊性导致家长培训需要采用创新的形式与手段，该文首先依据活动理论，对家长培训活动系统的6类组成要素的特性进行了分析，继而对培训实施过程中平台开发、微课件设计、宣传营销、团队分工、规则制定、绩效评估等具体环节的操作原则和方法进行了论证。最后，文章以“青少年逆反心理分析与对策”为例开发了系列微课件和在线培训平台，组织了在线培训实践，验证了在线培训活动设计的有效性。 Parents are responsible for children education at home. They need to be trained or guided while it is hard for them to be trained face to face. The article discusses developing online training based on miero-eourseware for parents. Based on activity theory, It discusses the basic characteristic of the training system elements. Then it demonstrates the rules and method of each part of the training process. In the end, It develops an online training example of ＂analysis and countermeasures of rebellious teenagers＂
