摘　　要： 运用生态位的理论和研究方法来探索技术创新人才的成长成才过程,提出主要影响技术创新人才的时间维度、空间维度、自身维度和资源维度,分析技术创新人才竞争力的N维超体积模型。 This study aimed to investigate the growth of technological innovation professionals by the Niche theory and its related research methods.Four ecological factors that mainly influence the technological innovation professionals were mentioned,and the N-dimensional hypervolume model that aimed to analyse the competitive power of technological innovation professionals were proposed.
