摘　　要： 开放式创新概念的提出是对以往创新实践的提炼和升华,从此企业创新实践获得了新的标签,也昭示着一个只有通过联结才能生存的世界的到来。本文通过对相关文献的整理与分析,以开放式创新的演变为核心,从创新内容、创新情境、创新过程三个维度来总结开放式创新领域的研究现状和研究进展;在此基础上,指出隐含在开放式创新中难以回避的悖论问题,以期为实证研究与理论创新提供新的研究思路和切入点。 It is a sublime and refine of innovation practice since the concept of open innovation being proposed. After that, innovation practice gains a new label, and signals that an interconnected world has come into being. This article points out the basic point of view after collection and analysis of related literatures. With the evolution of open innovation as the core, we summarize the associated research status and development in this article from the dimension of innovation content, innovation context, and innovation process. And on this basis, we point out the inevitable paradox that implicit in open innovation. We hope to provide research ideas and breakthrough point of empirical research and theoretical innovation.
