摘 要: 在新常态下,全球化、经济制度转型、大数据时代的网络信息技术都对管理研究的热点问题、研究范式和管理实践效果产生重要影响。基于此,第4届中国人力资源论坛于2015年11月27~29日在华南理工大学工商管理学院召开。本届论坛以"新常态下中国人力资源管理的创新与实践"为主题,与会者就新生代员工的代际冲突与管理研究、中国文化与基于员工-组织互动关系的本土人力资源管理研究、员工主动性与建言、创新行为研究以及大数据时代的行为科学研究等主题进行了深入地探讨和实践探索。本届论坛共设14个分论坛,其中包括5个实践探索模块,从不同角度对当前中国人力资源管理研究与实践问题进行了阐释和展望。 The representation and implication of the‘new normal'have an important effect in the development of social economy and human resource management.It influences the hotspots,selection of normal form and has practical effects on management research.As the globalization,institutional transformation of economy and network information technology in the age of big data interact further,the forth human resource management forum in China was held from November 27 th to November29 th in South China University of Technology.The theme of this forum was"the innovation and practice of human resource management in the new normal in China".The attendance discussed topics such as generation conflicts with young staff,native human resource management of interaction between employees and organization in Chinese culture,employees' initiative and voice behavior,innovation behavior and behavioral science in big data.There were 14 separate forums and 5practical explore modules to study on human resource management theory and practice from different angles.
