摘　　要： 高校人才竞争日趋激烈,作为地方性高校要根据自身实际,实事求是,有目的、有计划、多渠道地引进人才,同时人才的引进与培养要相结合,建立和完善人才管理体制,留住人才,用好人才,让引进的人才产生最大的效益. The competition for talents become increasingly intense. Regional colleges and universities must seek truth from facts and introduce talents with purposes, plans and multichannels according to their own practical situations. Meanwhile, they must combine talent introduction with training, establish and perfect talent management system to keep them and use them well, and get the most out of the introduced talents.
