摘　　要： 食品安全不仅是中国社会嬗变遭遇到的巨大挑战,也是一个道德伦理转型的缩影。它所折射出的道德危机,揭示出中国正处于一种信仰式微、德性沦落以及意义丧失的境遇。这种危机不仅是外源性的,更多的是内源性的,要诉诸道德寻根,发掘和利用各类道德资源,尤其是寻求儒家的伦理资源,为食品安全善治提供一种信仰基础,为人格重构与社会公序良俗提供观念共识与动力机制,实现更加美好的公共生活。 Food safety is not only a great challenge for China in the process of social evolution,but also the miniature of the moral and ethical transformation. The moral crisis behind it,reveals that China is experiencing the decay of faith and virtue,and the loss of meaning. This crisis is not merely exogenous,but endogenous. The solution to food safety issues needs a foundation of faith,which resorts to moral roots,the discovery and usage of all kinds of moral resources,especially the Confucian ethics. It can provide mental consensus and motivational mechanism for the reconstruction of moral quality and social conventions,and then realize a better public life.
