摘　　要： 从制度经济学的角度探讨了知识产权制度与科技奖励制度的实施关系,在此基础上分析了我国知识产权制度与科技奖励制度实施中存在的缺陷,并提出了完善的意见. It discusses the relationship in implementation between intellectual property rights system and S&T reward system in the light of 'system economics' theory. Based on this discussion,it analis-es those shortcomings in the implementation of intellectual property rights system and S&T reward system in our country,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the two systems.
