摘　　要： 新近面世的清华简(捌)《治邦之道》,整理与研究者均认为合于墨家思想。细绎该篇简文,'治邦之道'这一题旨力斥治国'在命'的观念,既印证《墨子》一书《非命》篇的非命强国论,也符合《七患》等篇所述忧患意识及国家治理的切实问题。《治邦之道》主张'兼利而爱',胪列节用之法,吻合墨家'兼相爱,交相利'的治道,与倍人、节葬、反质诸说同符合契。其倡导冲决血缘贵贱的'使贤、用能'之法,倚重才能经验为任贤标准,设计官员考核方法程式,亦匹配《尚贤》篇异于儒家'举贤'的贤能政治理念。《治邦之道》确为深富墨学特征的珍稀文献,亦不啻探寻儒墨辨异的崭新门径。 The Zhi Bang Zhi Dao in the eighth volume of the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips is an article in line with Mohism.With in-depth study,this article argues that Zhi Bang Zhi Dao mainly refutes the concept of governing the state in fate,which not only confirms the theory of non-fate and state strengthening in the article named Fei Ming in the book Mozi,but also reflects suffering consciousness and practical issues of state governance mentioned in the article named Qi Huan of Mozi.Moreover,the notion of taking all people’s benefits and loving them and the way of Jie Yong(frugality)corresponds to the state governance principle of'mutual love and mutual benefits'and the doctrines of'Bei Ren'(population reproduction),'Jie Zang'(frugality in funerals),'Fan Zhi'(reversion to simplicity)in Mohism.In addition,it advocates the methods of appointing people based on talent and experience rather than consanguinity and nobility and designing the program of official assessment methods.The selection and assessment of officials completely match the concept of'Shang Xian'in Mozi,which is totally different from the sense of talent in Confucianism.The Zhi Bang Zhi Dao is indeed a rare piece of literature with deep and rich Mohist characteristics,and it is also tantamount to a way of distinguishing Confucianism from Mohism.
