摘　　要： 马克思的"人民报刊"思想不是僵化的,而是与时俱进的。马克思从激进论战到舆论引导,强调报刊的有机运动,强调人民报刊与人民精神的联系。习近平关于新闻舆论工作的重要论述及关于新时期党的宣传工作的讲话贯穿了"以人民为中心"的精神,强调政治家办报,强调党性与人民性的统一,强调正面宣传与舆论监督的统一,强调人民的利益高于一切、遵循报刊的内在规律,这些思想与马克思"人民报刊"思想一脉相承。 Marx’s thought of people’s press is not rigid but is always keeping pace with the time. From being impulsive to experienced, from the struggling war to the guidance of public opinions, from being radical to positive publicity, from being poetic to real discourse, Marx’s thought of people’s press has been emphasizing the organic properties of the press as well as the relationship of people’s press and people’s spirit. Having inherited and developed Marx’s thought of people’s press, Xi Jinping’s thoughts on news publicity emphasize the principle of "running newspaper by politicians", the unity of the Party spirit and people character, the unification of the positive publicity, and the supervision by public opinions, the people’s interests as the highest value. The press must follow the inherent laws of itself.
