摘　　要： 在我国男子足球项目职业化进程中,不合理的职业联赛经济收益分配机制是阻碍职业化发展的关键问题。只有在通过利益博弈达成利益均衡下所形成的经济收益分配机制,才能使各利益相关者分享合作所带来的收益,才能保障我国男足项目职业化的顺利进行。以利益相关者理论为依据,剖析中国足球超级联赛的利益相关者核心主体及其利益博弈,并借鉴英格兰足球超级联赛的经验与实践,认为利益相关者共同治理与利益均衡是中国足球超级联赛经济收益分机制合理化发展的路径走向。 League economic income distribution mechanism is a key point in the liberation of football professionalization in China. Only by a distribution mechanism achieved by balance of interests through interests game can the various stakeholders share the benefits of cooperation and thus make it possible to protect China＇s men＇s soccer professionalization. Based on the stakeholder theory, the article analyzes the stakeholders＇ core bodies of Chinese Super League football and their interests of the game. Meanwhile, Premier League experience in England is referred as to put forward a fact that stakeholder＇s co - ad- ministration and the balance of interests construct the guidance which economic income mechanism of China Football Super League could act upon.
