摘　　要： 自由贸易区的政策红利体现在其贸易促进红利、投资自由红利、产业升级红利、社会福利红利四个方面。早期的自由贸易区研究聚焦于关于贸易量、产量等量的“开放红利”，适应经济新常态的需要，今后的自由贸易区的建设与考核应进行一定程度的调整。自由贸易区建设研究应重点关注自由贸易区成立的依据，自由贸易区发展的整体性、关联性以及各项新制度之间的协调关系。 The bonus from FTA＇s policies is reflected in its bonus of trade promotion, investment freedom and industrial upgrading, as well as the social welfare. Earlier studies about FTA focused on the ＂open bonus＂ of trade volume and production quantity. To adapt to the requirements of economic new normal, the FTA＇s construction and evaluation in the future should be adjusted to a certain degree. The studies should emphasis on the basis of FTA＇s establishment, the integrity and correlation of its development and the coordination between the new system.
