摘　　要： 海外华侨华人图书馆员是华侨华人研究的对象之一,加强对其相关资料的收集整理与研究,是侨校图书馆的一项重要使命.相关资料整理工作主要从资料范围的界定与收集、资源库建设、专题网站与交流平台创建等方面开展,在此基础之上,提出将其纳人国家智库体系、为政府决策部门提供咨询报告、设立海外华侨华人图书馆员研究中心以及加强交流与合作等建议. Overseas Chinese librarian is one of the research objects of the overseas Chinese studies. It is animportant mission to strengthen data collection and study of overseas Chinese universities, library. After databaseconstruction, special website and exchange platform, library should incorporate the database into the national thinktank system, m a k e departments for the government decision-ma k i n g, and establish the research center of overseasChinese.
