摘  要: 近年来广东省高等职业教育迅速发展,突显教育特色和提高教学质量日益成为区域经济发展对高职教育的迫切需求。“双师型”教师是高等职业技术教育发展的根本保证。该文对“双师型”英语教师的内涵和本质进行了界定,对广东省6所高职高专院校英语教师的培养现状进行了调查,剖析了“双师型”教师培养过程中存在的问题,对如何培养高质量的“双师型”教师提出了改进策略。有望对高职高专院校“双师型”英语教师的培养有借鉴作用。 As vocational education in Guangdong province in recent years has rapidly developed, highlighting the characteristics of education and improving the quality of teaching are increasingly becoming the urgent needs of the regional economic development toward higher vocational education. "Dual qualified" teacher is a fundamental guarantee for the development of vocational and technical education. This paper defines connotation and essence of the dual-qualified English teachers, conducts a survey on the training status quo of six vocational college English teachers in Guangdong province, the existing problems in the "dual qualified" teacher training process, proposes improvement methods on how to high-quality "dual-qualified" teachers, and expects to serve as a reference for vocational college "dual-qualified" teacher training. analyzes cultivate English
