摘　　要： 作为国家性科学研究机构，国立中央研究院的院长人选不仅关系本院的健康发展与否，也在一定程度上决定中国科学事业未来的发展。在中国科学家群体登上历史舞台之后，必然为其领衔人选的确定发出自己的呼声。而另一方面，作为中央研究院资助方的政府也有自己的期许。政府对创院院长蔡元培的特任是政治与学术的双赢，而对继任代理院长朱家骅的任命则是双方博弈相互妥协的结果。 As a national scientific research institution, the National Academia Sinica dean candidates bearing not only on the healthy development of itself or not, but also to some extent determine the future development of China＇s scientific career. After the emergence and begining of the Chinese community of scientists, they are bounded to make their voices of candidates determination heard. Meanwhle, as the funder of the National Academia Sinica the government also has its own expectation. Appointment of the Founding Dean Cai Yuanpei is a win-win situation of politics and academic, and the nomination of the successor, Acting Dean Zhu Jiahua is the result of a compromise of games.
