摘 要: 以考察图书馆网站和文献调研相结合的方式对台湾地区20所技专校院图书馆进行调研发现,台湾地区技专校院图书馆从组织架构、岗位职责、人员及职称、图书馆委员会、标准化作业流程等方面体现了岗位设置和组织人事的具体情况。大陆地区高职院校图书馆可借鉴台湾技专校院图书馆岗位设置和管理方面的做法,如组织架构健全灵活、岗位职责明确细化、人员任用及考核有法制保障、组织人事信息透明公开、业务工作标准化。 Research on library websites and literature reviews of 20 technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan reveals current situation of their post setting and personnel organization which are embodied in organizational structures, position responsibilities, personnel and professional tittes, library committees, and standardized work processes. China's Mainland's university libraries can learn from Taiwan's experiences in improving post setting and administration, such as flexible organizational structure, detailed position responsibilities, lawful personnel employment and assessment system, transparency in personnel information, and standardization in operational processes.
