摘　　要： 伴随着国际地位的不断提升和世界政治、经济形势的日益复杂化,我国急需建构颇具中国特色、有别于西方国家流行的“国际标准”的外国教育国家战略:以服务国家核心利益为目标,以“道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信”四个自信为坚实根基,以“国家主导、部门联合、无缝对接”为运作特征,培养社会主义“外语+”式高端人才,积极应对不断延伸的国家利益对大国责任与国际话语权的建设需要。 Due to the continuous rise in international status and more complicated world political and economic situation, China needs to establish foreign language education strategy with Chinese characteristics which is based on "path confidence、theory confidence、system confidence and culture confidence". The new strategy should be different from the international standard popular in western cuntries and bear the features of "national dominance, interdepartment collaboration and semless match". It aims to nurture socialist "foreign languages plus" high-end talents and balance growing natioanl interest on one hand and big country's responsibility and global voice on the other.
