摘　　要： Cummins的深层共享能力假说经过20多年的发展在双语教育和第二语言习得研究领域产生了深远影响。深层共享能力假说由基本人际交际技能与语言认知能力的区分和母语与目的语的相互依存假说两部分构成。假说依据实证研究的结果，以认知心理学为基础，采取了交互作用论的基本立场，肯定了母语在第二语言习得中的积极作用。综述理论的整体框架，对该假说的具体问题提出自己的见解，并指出假说有待研究的问题。 In its more than 20 years＇ development, Jim Cummins＇ CUP hypothesis has been influential in the field of bilingual education and SLA re,arch. The hypothesis consists of a distinction between BICS and CALP and an interdependence hypothesis. Based on cognitive psychology, CUP hypothesis confirms the positive effects of L1 in L2 development with the support of empirical studies. This paper points out that there are several key points in understanding CLIP hypothesis and this model still has much room for further study.
