人文学科研究生创新能力的培养与人才评价机制改革

摘  要: 现在许多高校对人文学科硕士研究生的评价标准,是看论文发表的数量及其所载的刊物级别。这种评价机制的功利驱动,虽能在短时间内产生一些可视性成果,但也扰乱了知识积累的自然进程,没有充分考虑研究生创新能力的延续性和成长性。我们应弱化论文发表这一结果评价,强化经典研读这一过程评价,构建起促进研究生研读经典的动力机制,通过读书报告与答辩的形式,全方位地评估研究生在学习过程中积累起来的创新能力。 Many colleges evaluate humanities postgraduates according to the number of published papers and the level of journals involved. Owing to utilitarian drive, the current evaluation mechanism could contribute to producing some visible results in a short period of time, but also disrupt the natural process of knowledge accumulation, without fully considering the continuous growth of innovative ability of the postgraduates. We should therefore weaken results evaluating, namely stressing publishing papers, while strengthening process evaluating, namely stressing classics studying, build up a drive mechanism to encourage the postgraduates to study classics, and assess the postgraduates' innovative ability accumulated during the learn- ing process by making them give reading reports and answer questions.
