摘　　要： 在现象学视野的观照下，审美经验的一般精神结构包括意向性、想象与理解。意向性是审美经验发生的起．最，它廓清了审美对象的所指，揭示了审美对象与审美主体的亲密关系，呈现了经验的内在时间性。想象是审美经验中最活跃的精神结构，是一种在直观中再现一个其本身并不在场的对象的能力。理解是审美经验中具有理性功能的一种精神结构，意味着审美意义的生成。 In the viewpoint of phenomenology,the spiritual structure of aesthetic experience includes intentionality,imagination and understanding. Intentionality is the starting point of aesthetic experience, which discovers the content of aesthetic object, reveals the close relationship between aesthetic object and aesthetic subject, presents the inner time of experience. Imagination is the most active spiritual one, which is an ability to reappear object which is actually not present in intuition. Understanding is one possessing rational function, which signifies the creation of aesthetic content.
