摘　　要： 本文对我国FDI与加工贸易之间的关系进行了考察。首先从我国加工贸易的发展历程和特点出发，分析了加工贸易的FDI导向，指出加工贸易的发展受到FDI的推动而快速发展，然后采用面板数据计量分析方法和我国1993-2003年间28个省市的数据，将多个因素考虑进内分析了我国FDI与加工贸易之间的关系。分析结果表明，加工贸易（进口和出口）的发展明显地受到FDI的推动，同时也受到我国经济发展水平、交易效率和工资水平的影响，前二者对其起促进作用，而后者对其起限制作用；反过来，加工贸易的发展也对FDI起着显著的引致作用，相应地，经济发展水平、交易效率对FDI起显著的吸引作用，而工资水平则起着限制作用。为了说明计量分析的结果，本文建立了一个加工贸易和直接投资一体化的模型对加工贸易和直接投资的关系进行了分析。 This article investigages the relationship between FDI and processing trade in China.We analyze the FDI trend of processing trade in China at the point of view of the development history and characteristics of processing trade in China since 1980 and show that the development of processing trade in China has been promoted by FDI.We then show that this is the case with panel data econometric analysis method involving several factors with the data throughout 28 provinces in China within 1993 and 2003.Moreover, the development of processing trade has been also influenced by the economic development level, trade efficiency and wage level, among which the former two promoted while the latter one hedged the development of processing trade.On the contrary, FDI has been promoted by processing trade, economic development level, and trade efficiency, with wage level hedging it.To illustrate the econometric result in this paper, we develop a general equilibrium model integrating processing trade and FDI.
