摘 要: 培养涉外法治人才已成为国家治理法治化的一项内在需求。涉外法治人才是一种国际化精英型人才,这一定位符合我国法律人才培养分层化的发展趋势。实现涉外法治人才培养需要在培养目标与法学教育现状之间建立可行性的实施机制。在考察广东外语外贸大学的涉外法治人才培养办学实践的基础上,从制度建设层面探讨涉外法治人才培养的实施机制,认为这一机制应包括目标体系、课程体系、组织体系和质量评估体系。 The training of international legal professionals is an indispensable element in the legalization of state governance in China. International legal professionals are defined as a group of elite legal professionals,which echoes to the development tendency of stratification in China's legal education. The training of international legal professionals requires a feasible implementation system which will bridge the goal of the training and the status quo of the training. This paper explores the implementation system based on a case study of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. And the paper argues that the implementation system should consist of the sub-systems of goal,curriculum,personnel,and evaluation.
