摘　　要： 职业院校培养的学生主要就业方向是企业,主要是为企业服务。企业作为社会的一个缩影,在对职业院校学生德育教育中负有重要的责任,这也是企业回报社会的一种神圣使命。但是,从目前情况来看,企业参与职业院校学生德育教育的渠道并未建立,或者对自己应负的责任不清晰、不明确、不主动、不关心。本文就目前企业在参与校企合作共同开展德育教育培养学生的现状进行分析,并重点阐述了企业对职业院校学生德育教育应尽的责任。 The employment direction in which vocational colleges and universities develop students is for enterprise.The enterprise,as a social miniature,has important responsibility for moral education of vocational schools,and at the same time,it is also a sacred mission for the enterprise to repay society.However,judging from the present situation,the channel where the enterprise participates in moral education hasn＇t been set up or the enterprise aren＇t sure of their responsibility even they don＇t mind it.The article attempts to analyze the situation where the enterprise participates in the moral education during the school-enterprise cooperation and put emphasis on the proofs and statements for the responsibility of the enterprise to vocational students＇ moral education.
