摘　　要： 在大学生生活社会化的过程中,基于高职生未来就业的方向,教师必须对企业文化及企业管理模式有深入的了解,才能解决高职生生活社会化过程中的困惑.本文在分析校企合作过程中思政课教师下企业锻炼必要性问题的基础上,提出了构建高职院校思政课教师下企业锻炼模式的对策,从而解决大学生生活社会化过程中的一个难点. In the process of socialization for students’ life in college,based on the future employment direction of vocational college students,teachers must have a deeper understanding of enterprise culture and enterprise management model so that they can resolve perplexity in the process of socialization in life for vocational college students.The paper,based on the analysis of necessity for teachers of ideological and political theory course to work in enterprises in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,puts forward a mode for teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges to work in enterprises as a countermeasure so as to solve a difficult problem in the process of socialization for college students’ life.
