摘　　要： 通过调查分析,当前高职生在正确处理竞争与合作关系能力素养方面存在一定的问题,这既有学校的原因,也有社会及学生本身的原因,建议从提高竞争与合作能力重要性认识等方面着手,高度重视学生正确处理竞争与合作的能力培养。 According to the investigation and analysis, some problems are found in the aspect of undergraduates’ ability of handling correctly the relationship between competition and cooperation at present, which resulted not only from school, but also from society and students themselves. This article proposes that we should cultivate students' ability of correctly handling the competition and cooperation starting with the aspects such as deepening the understanding in the importance of the ability of competition and cooperation.
