摘　　要： 内涵发展是高职院校办学的核心目标,归根到底,高职院校内涵发展涉及两大问题：一是教会学生＂做人＂,二是教会学生＂做事＂,进而把学生培养成为社会主义建设的合格人才。高职办学须寻找对策,实现学生人际交往能力与高职内涵发展的有机统一。 Connotation development is the core goal of higher vocational colleges. The keys to the connota-tion development are focused on the following points, one is to teach students＂how to be＂, the other is to teachstudents＂how to do＂, and then to cultivate students to become qualified talents in the process of socialist con-struction. Therefore, higher vocational colleges must search for countermeasures to improve students＇ interper-sonal communication ability and developing the connotation of higher vocational colleges at the same time, ulti-mately achieve the goal of higher vocational education.
