摘　　要： 欠发达地区由于受到地域、交通、经济发展滞后等因素的影响,在办学方面受到许多不利因素的制约,基于此,欠发达地区高职应结合自身的实际扬长避短,在构建办学特色上下功夫,确立自身的发展目标,以注重实效为原则,构建自身办学特色的机制体制,以办学特色促发展,提升办学实力,在高职办学水平竞争中脱颖而出,促进办学水平的不断提升。 Less developed areas are affected by many unfavorable factors, such as geography, traansportation and the lagging economic development, which constrained running schools. Therefore, higher vocational schools in less developed regions should combine their own strengths to avoid weaknesses and establish the characteristics of running schools. Its own development goals, in order to pay attention to the principle of effectiveness as the principle, to build its own characteristics of the mechanism of the school system, with the characteristics of the school to promote development, enhance the strength of running school, compete in the higher vocational education stand out to promote the continuous improvement of schooling.
