摘　　要： 2007年金融危机后,雷州半岛经济发展表现出以下新常态特征：经济总量偏小、增长迅速;经济结构不合理但持续向好;外贸依存度持续低位、企稳回升;海洋经济发展势头好、港口货物吞吐量快速提升。为促进雷州半岛经济健康发展,可采取以下措施：依托重大项目、做大经济体量;推动新型城镇化、提升经济运行质量;加强与东盟合作、提高经济外向型水平;发展海洋经济、融入＂一带一路＂建设。 This paper illuminates the New Normal characteristics of economic development in Leizhou Peninsula after the Financial Crisis in 2007.First,economic aggregation is small,but growth rate is higher;Second,the economic structure has be improved,but still need to adjust;Third,the Degree of Dependence on Foreign Trade is low and climbing slowly;Fourth,the development tendency of Marine Economy is very good,the cargo throughput in port enhances rapidly.Further,this paper puts forward some advices to promote economy developing healthily in Leizhou Peninsula.First,relying on major projects,to expend economic aggregation;Second,promoting the New Urbanization,to improve the quality of economic;Third,strengthening cooperation with the Asean,to improve the export-oriented of the Peninsular economy;Fourth,developing Marine Economy,to join the construction of ＂ One Belt and One Road＂.
