摘　　要： 城市更新作为全球性的运动和城市发展策略,持续不断地受到西方学者的关注。近十年来,西方城市更新研究经历了快速发展,并步入到稳定发展阶段,理论和实践日趋成熟。利用Citespace软件对近十年来的国外城市更新研究文献进行分析,归纳总结西方城市更新研究的脉络和发展动态。结合热点主题词分析和相关文献的综述,重点从绅士化、创意城市、可持续发展、收缩城市等几个方面阐述研究趋势,最后提出城市更新研究的启示和展望。 Urban renewal as global practice and urban development strategy has been received continuous research attention in the English literature. The studies of urban renewal have undergone rapid development and reached to a stable development stage during the last ten years. The theories and practice are becoming more mature. This paper reviews the research frontiers and progresses of urban renewal by using the Citespace software and data from Web of Science in 2007-2016. Based on the burst term and the key literature,the review focuses on gentrification,creative cities,sustainable development and shrinking cities. Finally,to better understand urban renewal practice and improve domestic research,the insights and future research directions are provided.
