摘　　要： 针对我国量大面广的城市老旧小区在建筑性能、公共配套设施、道路交通、公共环境、建筑外观、安全管理和社区文化等方面存在的诸多问题,分析其产生的原因,提出通过“微改造”的方式改善人居环境,系统归纳了老旧小区“微改造”涉及的主要对象、类型与内容,从理念、方法和机制等角度阐述了老旧小区“微改造”的主要策略,建立城市老旧小区有机更新、系统改造的常态机制,实现增强功能、传承文脉、重塑活力的目标。 Aiming at the existing problems of the urban old community in the aspects of building performance, public facilities, road traffic, public environment, building appearance, safety management and community culture, This paper puts forward to improve the living environment by the means of ＂ micro-transformation＂ , and summarizes the main objectssystematically, types and contents involved in ＂ micro- transformation＂. This paper establishesthemain strategies of ＂ micro-transformation＂ in the old community from the angle of idea, method and mechanism, and establishes the mechanism of normal city organic renewal and system reform of urban old community, realizing the goal of enhancing function, inheriting the context and reshaping vigor.
