摘　　要： 依据广州市老城区居民的年龄构成特点,将当地成年居民分成了老年人及青壮年两类,测量了这两者对社区物质环境、社会环境的满意度及社区依恋水平,并运用层次回归方程探析了两类群体的社区依恋影响因素。研究发现,老城区居民对社区环境尤其是停车设施及广场绿化设施的满意度较低;老年人对住房条件、公共服务设施、社区安全及社区依恋的评价则显著高于青壮年;居民的居住时间及对住房条件、社区环境、公共服务设施、邻里关系及社区安全等因素的评价直接影响社区依恋水平,而年龄类型则在邻里关系与社区依恋水平间起调节作用。上述结果表明,一方面当前老城区的物质环境尤其是停车设施及广场绿化有待改善;另一方面,老年人的社区依恋水平较高,与邻里关系高度相关。因此,要高度重视老城区邻里关系的保育,重视社区物质环境的改造,以营造有利于就地养老的环境。 According to the characteristics of the age composition of the residents in the old urban area of Guangzhou,the local adult residents are divided into two groups:the elder and the young.The satisfaction of the two groups to the community physical environment,social environment and the level of community attachment are measured,and the influencing factors of the two groups’community attachment are analyzed by using the hierarchical regression equation.The study found that the satisfaction of residents in old urban areas to community environment,especially parking facilities as well as square and greening facilities,was low;the evaluation of elder to housing conditions,public service facilities,community safety and community attachment was significantly higher than that of the young;residents’living time and evaluation of housing conditions,community environment,public service facilities,neighborhood relations and community safety were direct.Affecting the level of community attachment,age type plays a moderating role between the level of neighborhood relationship and community attachment.The above results show that,on the one hand,the physical environment of the old urban areas,especially parking facilities as well as square and greening facilities,needs to be improved;on the other hand,the elder have a high level of community attachment,which is highly related to the neighborhood relationship.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the preservation of neighborhood relations in old urban areas and the transformation of community physical environment in order to create an environment conducive to’aging in place’.
