摘　　要： 面对城镇化高速发展导致土地无序开发、环境恶化、文脉缺失等问题，国内外学者和规划师积极寻求物质、生态、人本和谐统一的新型城镇化道路。开放空间作为少建筑的自然空间，具有统筹生产休闲、平衡生态环境、袍合社会关系的多重功能。然而长期基于社会目标和基于生态保护目标二元分裂以及城乡割裂发展的规划模式，不能有效阻止开放空间快速消失所导致的生态退化、景观碎化、社会不公等问题。论文在广泛深入研究国内外开放空间规划模式基础上，结合我国具体土地政策、部门管理、“三规合一”和城乡一体化的现实需求，将开放空间分为社会、生态和连接三大类型。以增强城乡开放空间连接性、可达性、地方特色性、社会融合性等为规划目标，提出一套融合生态一社会一景观功能、覆盖城乡空间、贯穿“总规一控规场地设计”全尺度的开放空间系统协同型规划模式和方法，用于佛山市南海开放空间专项规划实践，对塑造环境友好、个性鲜明、充满活力的新型城市具有重要实践指导意义。 Faced with the rapid development of urbanization that leads to land disorderly development, environmental degradation, and lack of context, scholars and planners in China and abroad actively seek for the new urbanization path that promotes physical, human and ecological harmony. As natural space with few constructions, the open space is endowed with multiple functions including coordinating production and recreation space, balancing ecological environment, and integrating social relationship. However, the planning pattern that is binary split by society-based goal and ecological protection-based goal cannot effectively hinder the problems such as ecological regression, landscape fragment, social inequity that are the results of rapid disappearance of open space. Based on the in-depth and wide research on open space planning models, this paper divided open space into three categories： social, ecological, and connection, in combination with the practical demand by land policies, department administration, ＂three-plan integration＂, and urban-rural integration in China. A framework of collaborative open space planning has been built aiming to improve open space＇s connection, accessibility, local characteristics, social inclusion. The collaborative planning model is featured by integrating ecological, social and visual functions, covering urban and rural space, covering the full scale of ＂the comprehensive planning-the regulatory-site planning＂. This planning framework has been applied in Foshan Nanhai Open Space Planning and is of important guiding significance to the construction of new cities that are environment friendly, with distinctive characteristics, and full of vitality.
