摘　　要： 借助日益发展的监测技术,可为建筑遗产保护提供预警,以预防包括自然环境、人为活动以及建筑本体老化等方面可能带来的损坏.首先梳理了国内外建筑遗产监测与预防性保护的相关理论和实践经验;然后以澳门圣母雪地殿壁画保护研究为例,探讨建筑遗产实时监测系统的监测对象、监测信息采集技术的选择和实施、监测数据的采集和管理、监测数据的统计与分析等问题;最后,基于多年监测数据的挖掘和分析,对澳门圣母雪地殿的建筑构造改善措施提出系列建议. With the development of monitoring technology,early warning of heritage buildings protection can be provided to prevent possible damages including natural environment,human activities and aging of building bodies.Firstly,an overview is given about the relevant theories and practical experience of heritage buildings monitoring and preventive conservation in China and abroad.Then,taking the mural protection research of Guia Chapel in Macao as an example,the set of monitoring objects,the selection and implementation of monitoring information collection technology,the collection and management of monitoring data,and the statistics and analysis of monitoring data are discussed.Finally,based on the mining and analysis of multi-year monitoring data, a series of suggestions are made for the improvement of the building construction of Guia Chapel.
