摘　　要： 城市历史文化遗产保护管理与活化利用是城市建设管理中的重要组成.以数字化技术协助历史文化遗产保护工作,是联合国教科文组织近年来推动的重点工作;管理信息系统作为一个新兴的学科方向,在文化遗产保护领域日渐受到重视和推广,成为世界各国共同关注的课题.本文从需求分析、系统功能设计、系统建设实施步骤等方面,对城市历史文化遗产管理信息系统的建设进行全面和深入的研究,并对系统建设过程中可能遇到的技术难题及其解决途径进行进一步探讨.本文将为现行的城市历史文化遗产数字化保护工作提供有效的指导和参考. The protection management and active utilization of urban historical and cultural heritage is an important component of urban construction management.The focus of work promoted by UNESCO in recent years is to help the protection of historical and cultural heritage by digital technology.As a new discipline direction,management information system(MIS)has been increasingly valued and promoted in the field of cultural heritage protection,and has become a common concern of the world.From the perspective of demand analysis,system design,system implementation steps,a comprehensive and in-depth research on the construction of UHCHMIS is conducted,and the technical problems to be encountered in the system construction and its solutions are discussed.Effective guidance and reference will be provided for the current digital protection of urban historical and cultural heritage.
