摘　　要： 党的十八大以来,习近平对构建和完善党内问责制进行了系统规划：以＂敢于担当＂作为提高各级党组织和党员领导干部责任心的指导思想;建立＂两个责任＂的问责领导体制;将党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争作为抓党建、抓问责的重要内容;进一步优化问责程序、强化问责执行,有效治理党内突出问题。习近平关于党内问责制的探索对系统建构党内问责机制、推进全面从严治党向纵深发展具有重要的指导意义。 Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, Xi Jinping has put forward systematic plan to build and improve CPC＇s accountability system. It includes taking the ＂courage to take responsibility＂ as a guiding ideology to improve the responsibility of CPC＇s organizations and leading cadres at all levels; establishing the accountability leadership system of ＂two responsibilities＂; taking the CPC＇s style and Incorruptible politics as the main content of the CPC＇s accountability system; further optimizing the procedure of accountability, strengthening the execution of accountability, and solving the outstanding problems in the CPC effectively. Xi Jinping＇s exploration of building and improving the CPC＇s accountability system has important guiding significance for the systematic construction of the CPC＇s accountability mechanism and the promotion of comprehensive and strict governance of the party.
