摘　　要： 本文讨论的内容是“三旧”改造概念在历史文化名城老城非核心区更新中的作用和价值。本文的相关结论都是基于对佛山市普君南区（普君新城）的案例研究，结论显示，“三旧”改造概念在历史文化名城非核心区的城市更新中存在部分局限性。 This paper discusses the content that the role and value of "Three Old" transformation concept in the old urban non-core district renewal of historical and cultural city. The conclusion of the article is based on the case study of Foshan South Pujun (Pujun Metro), according to the conclusion, there is the of "Three Old" transformation concept in the old urban non-core district renewal of historical and cultural city.
