摘　　要： 通过文献资料调研，总结并分析以往至最新的IL-6研究成果，从运动与肌源性IL-6、运动与不同类型肌纤维IL-6的生成、运动训练与IL-6及IL-6R系统、运动模式与IL-6、糖代谢与IL-6、IL-6与抗氧化剂VC、VE、IL-6与IL-8、IL-6与SOCS-3几个方面论述运动介导下，IL-6的生成特点、影响因素和生物学功能。 Through reviewing the literature, this paper sums up and analyzes the research achievement aobut IL-6 from the past to latest, disscuses the characters of IL-6 production, factors and biological function mediated by exercise from the point of the relation beteen exercise and muscle-derived IL-6, the relation between exercise and different type myofiber＇s IL-6 production,the relation between training and IL-6, IL-6R system, the relation between exercise mode and IL-6, the relation between sugar and IL-6, the relation between IL-6 and antioxidant, the relation between IL-6 and IL-8 and the relation between IL-6 and SOCS-3.
