摘　　要： 广东省风险投资集团参股投资广州秀珀化工有限公司，并以股权转让方式成功增值退出。秀珀项目的成功，其基础在于坚持价值投资的理念，投资前强调对企业的价值分析与评估，投资后重视投资后续管理。以及主动积极地实施增值退出运作。秀珀项目的成功实践对国有风险投资的生存与发展能提供有益的启示。 Guangdong Venture Capital Group invested into Guangzhou Supe Chemical Co. Ltd., and exited successfully with value-added by trade-sale.The causes of Supe project＇s success were based on insisting the motto of value investing, emphasizing value analysis and evaluation to entrepreneurial before investing, paying great attention to post-investment management and enforcing initiative to exit with value-added. The successful practice of Supe project may give good enlightenments to Chinese state-own venture capitals about surviving and development.
