摘　　要： 汲取有关社会学理论,分析了供应链管理中存在的文化差异,并通过探究文化差异与供应链管理协同和供应链创新的辩证关系,提出了基于文化视角的供应链管理策略. The paper analyzes the cultural differences in supply chain management and through the dialectic relationship between the cultural differences and the collaboration and innovation of supply chains,proposes a culture-based approach for supply chain management.
